Huge Galdones originally hails from Montreal (QC) but has been based out of Chicago (IL) since 2009. He travels frequently, covering a plethora of food-centric events, some of which include the complete Cochon555 US Tour and the FOOD & WINE Classic in Aspen. When not on location, you will likely find him in his home kitchen (with fish sauce in hand) cooking for his wife, Rachel, and kids Callan and Nora.
